Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Antony Asati ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chuma Obondo made in the 19th minute of the game a quick throw-in and McDonald Leakey immediately put the ball in play. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Peter Nyamau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Tomas Illescas made a precise shot to the right of Peter Nyamau. Hurst Green's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Malcolm Otieno kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Martin Chege received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonathan Ferrant came out and tried to block the shot, but Martin Chege slotted it home off the left post making it 4-1 in the 44th minute. Patricio Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adah Keter made a kick off. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adah Keter in the 52nd minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when McDonald Leakey came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 57 played minutes Hurst Green got a freekick which was hit by Victor Dadi. In the 59th match minute, Hurst Green was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duncan Yiampoy to maneuver through the defense. Peter Nyamau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 60th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Patricio Costa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Peter Nyamau narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of McDonald Leakey's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Camilo Gaos hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute of the game Chuma Obondo made a throw-in which McDonald Leakey played forward. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adah Keter in the 72nd minute of the match. Malcolm Otieno hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. After 78 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Victor Dadi who took care of the corner kick. In the 78th minute, Chuma Obondo fired away a hard free kick towards the goal. Jonathan Ferrant moved to his left, but didn't have to make a save as the ball went out of bounds. Peter Nyamau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 82nd minute of play. After 92 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. In the 93rd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gaos to maneuver through the defense. Hurst Green's Victor Dadi got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
