Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Remco Dekker took the kick off in the first half of the match. Mattijs Klaes hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Facundo Cadaval sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 12 minutes into the match, Decathlon Anderlecht's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Ciro Lira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 14th minute of play forced Decathlon Anderlecht's goalkeeper Ciro Lira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ciro Lira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 18th minute of play. Ciro Lira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alberto Tafalla's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Mattijs Klaes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dante Lacasa. That made the score 1-0 in the 21 minute of play. Ciro Lira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 24th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Mexico's Leonardo Leoz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ciro Lira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 28th minute Remco Dekker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Ciro Lira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Mexico defense, Mattijs Klaes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The Mexico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Lacasa should have stopped the shot. Ciro Lira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ciro Lira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 40th minute of the match. After 40 minutes, Lautaro Mancebo made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Decathlon Anderlecht's Ciro Lira tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Lautaro Mancebo took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ciro Lira. Ciro Lira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. 47 minutes into the match, Decathlon Anderlecht's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Ciro Lira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mattijs Klaes in the 52nd minute of play. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remco Dekker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 60 minutes Mexico's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Richy Valkeneers who took care of the corner kick. Lautaro Mancebo came free with the goalkeeper in the 61st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ciro Lira could save by the left post. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richy Valkeneers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Lira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Remco Dekker notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ciro Lira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Giles Winnepenninck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remco Dekker in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute Giles Winnepenninck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luca Zorita kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Decathlon Anderlecht's Giles Winnepenninck. But to his dismay, Giles Winnepenninck quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. 90 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mexico's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Richy Valkeneers was slow to take the kick. During this time Decathlon Anderlecht's players had a chance to rest. Decathlon Anderlecht's Richy Valkeneers was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dante Lacasa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ciro Lira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 92nd minute of play. Decathlon Anderlecht's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
