Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enis Dersu in the 26th minute of the match. Alkan Soysaltürk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Sancho's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 32nd minute, Dé Sensø hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Camilo Gisbert made in the 35th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Cristian Sancho however managed to control. Daniel Zorita succeeded in the game's 38th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. 45 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of DONPATO's Alkan Soysaltürk. Alkan Soysaltürk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.
