Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. The supporters of Mosk booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Mariano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 13 minutes of play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mart Mans was left in no man's land by his defense there! Harris van Kempen made in the 19th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Marcel Vrieling immediately put the ball in play. A collision led to Mosk getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Wesley Boon hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mart Mans prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Huib Thole sent off a good shot on target. Huib Thole could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Harris van Kempen made in the 31st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas. The audience was convinced that Tomas Illescas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mart Mans was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Huib Thole succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 34th playminute. In the 39th minute of the game Wesley Boon made a throw-in which Harris van Kempen played forward. After having played for 47 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Huib Thole was the one to do the kick off. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert Zethof in the 55th minute of play. When Mosk's Huib Thole in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. The Mosk fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Mosk's Huib Thole looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Marcel Vrieling took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. After 63 played minutes Mosk got a freekick which was hit by Harris van Kempen. 64 minutes into the game Tomas Illescas kicked a great long shot which passed Mart Mans straight ahead into the goal, Result 3-2. One couldn't see Tomas Illescas behind all of his teammates who surrounded to congratulate him. Patricio Costa might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mart Mans. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Patricio Costa ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 72nd minute, Venezuela's Patricio Costa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mart Mans. Mart Mans yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-3. After 74 minutes, Harris van Kempen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mosk and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Mosk's Harris van Kempen got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 75th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gaos to maneuver through the defense. Mart Mans was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tomas Illescas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-4 in the 78 minute of play. Mosk's Mart Mans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 84th minute of play. If Marcel Vrieling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Mosk supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Venezuela's performance. The match ended with a win for Venezuela.
