Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angel Vito having to interfere. Angel Vito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 11th minute of play forced Crottos Crotters F.C.'s goalkeeper Angel Vito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angel Vito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 12th minute of play. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Peng Xiong tried to sneak it across the goal line. Adilson Breckenfeld received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes in the game, Adilson Breckenfeld fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Julio Vera having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Crottos Crotters F.C.'s zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angel Vito came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Angel Vito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 28th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Sancho in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Angel Vito prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Crottos Crotters F.C.'s Angel Vito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 32nd minute of play. After 33 minutes Crottos Crotters F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Angel Vito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 35th minute of the match. Angel Vito stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felix Montenegro's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. After 42 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Angel Vito was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Peng Xiong in the 45th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Peng Xiong made a kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo Solari came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adilson Breckenfeld in the 57th minute of play. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pablo Solari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Daniel Zorita took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Angel Vito to make any attempt to save it. After having played for 65 minutes, Peng Xiong managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Crottos Crotters F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Peng Xiong was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Crottos Crotters F.C. made a substitution. Benigno Elija replaced Adilson Breckenfeld. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Cristian Sancho took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Angel Vito to make any attempt to save it. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peng Xiong in the 79th minute of play. 1-3 became the score in the 85th minute when Peng Xiong elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Benigno Elija scored 2-3 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Crottos Crotters F.C. throughout the match.
