Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mircea Chircu started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Bordo Mavi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Artal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Bordo Mavi's Nicolas Artal got a free kick in the 11th minute. In the 14th minute, Mircea Chircu made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Mircea Chircu took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tamás Maros in the 21st minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Rigoberto Mina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tamás Maros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. Bordo Mavi's Cahit Arkan suffered a sore knee after 29 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Patricio Costa charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Patricio Costa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 30th minute, Patricio Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mircea Chircu in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Tamás Maros succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 35th playminute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mircea Chircu got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 46th minute, Mircea Chircu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tamás Maros in the 54th minute of play. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mircea Chircu in the 55th minute of play. 56 minutes into the game, Mircea Chircu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 71st match minute, Bordo Mavi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bahtiyar Çeliktaş to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tamás Maros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rigoberto Mina kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. After 89 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Bordo Mavi fully deserved thier win.
