After having played for 14 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcel Abraão got free with Julio Vera in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 31st minute of play forced Futebol Dos Parça's goalkeeper Enrique Freire to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcel Abraão could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. 37 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Enrique Freire made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. A collision led to Futebol Dos Parça getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Luiz Fabiano Ferraz hit a great ball. 59 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Enrique Freire narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 65 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Marcel Abraão came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Freire having to interfere. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julio Vera showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Futebol Dos Parça's goalkeeper Enrique Freire had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Enrique Freire tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Futebol Dos Parça's Marcel Abraão. But to his dismay, Marcel Abraão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Daniel Zorita kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. After 87 played minutes Futebol Dos Parça got a freekick which was hit by Juan Senna. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Futebol Dos Parça was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Fabiano Ferraz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Futebol Dos Parça's João Augusto Linares got a free kick in the 89th minute. After 93 minutes Futebol Dos Parça's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick.
