Francisco Gallo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 3 minutes into the match, EL CELE FUTBOL CLUB's Jeremias Venerando sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Camilo Freixa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 8th minute EL CELE FUTBOL CLUB were awarded a corner. Jeremias Venerando went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Bolivia's goalie and right to Federico Cruz. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Bolivia's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 12 minutes into the match, Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeremias Venerando. 15 minutes into the game, Jeremias Venerando cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Camilo Freixa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 20th minute, EL CELE FUTBOL CLUB's Jeremias Venerando ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Camilo Freixa. Camilo Freixa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. With splendid footwork Jeremias Venerando arrived in front of goal to shoot 3-0 by the left pole in the game's 23rd minute. Lili Oddang took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Camilo Freixa. Camilo Freixa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. After 30 played minutes Bolivia got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Fontirroig. If Jeremias Venerando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Bolivia's Mario Fernandino got a free kick in the 34th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lili Oddang got free with Camilo Freixa in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 38th minute, EL CELE FUTBOL CLUB's Lili Oddang dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. Bolivia's Camilo Freixa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Bolivia from getting a goal against them. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
Jeremias Venerando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Freixa having to interfere. Francisco Gallo's late challenge caught a EL CELE FUTBOL CLUB's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Francisco Gallo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 52nd match minute, Bolivia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Gallo to maneuver through the defense. 57 minutes into the match, Jeremias Venerando notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Bolivia's Camilo Freixa. Camilo Freixa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremias Venerando in the 61st minute of play forced Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Francisco Gallo was shown his second yellow card after 61 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Francisco Gallo kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After 64 played minutes Bolivia got a freekick which was hit by Mario Fernandino. 65 minutes into the game, Jeremias Venerando cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Camilo Freixa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jeremias Venerando scored 8-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Camilo Freixa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 78th minute, Mario Fernandino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Bolivia's zone, Nons Crossa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Camilo Freixa came out of the goal and Nons Crossa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. EL CELE FUTBOL CLUB's Jeremias Venerando got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alfonso de la Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severo Ereinotz having to interfere. 89 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bolivia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jeremias Venerando was slow to take the kick. During this time EL CELE FUTBOL CLUB's players had a chance to rest. 91 minutes into the game, Lili Oddang cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Camilo Freixa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Alfonso de la Cruz came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Bolivia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfonso de la Cruz couldn't finish the play.
