Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Éder Madureira in the 5th minute of play. After 5 minutes of play, Sagarana Clube's Éder Madureira made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Éder Madureira in the 7th minute of play. Yu Yang Sang could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. 11 minutes into the match, Sagarana Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Benedito Trigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafim Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. The Colombia fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Colombia's Abram Sarmiento looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Benedito Trigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 17th minute of play. Rupert Dearden charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rupert Dearden the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Sagarana Clube's Rupert Dearden got a free kick in the 18th minute. 22 minutes into the game, Axel Montenegro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Benedito Trigo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Sagarana Clube fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Sagarana Clube's Serafim Barros looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sagarana Clube's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Serafim Barros in the 30th minute. When Sagarana Clube's Éder Madureira in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Colombia's goalie prevented a goal. Yu Yang Sang's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Pedro Manzanares firmly grabbed it by the left post. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafim Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Yu Yang Sang sped through Colombia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. Serafim Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abram Sarmiento to make the kick off. Benedito Trigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fábio da Cunha in the 53rd minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafim Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. If Axel Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Éder Madureira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 68 minutes in the game Fábio da Cunha did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Yu Yang Sang. In the 68th minute, Yu Yang Sang left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sagarana Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. After having played for 72 minutes, Beto Heidemann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sagarana Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Beto Heidemann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sagarana Clube's Bruno Salles was substituted for Éder Madureira. In the 76th minute of the match Colombia got a corner. Sagarana Clube's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kevin Mastache ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Kevin Mastache almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Sagarana Clube's Benedito Trigo did a great save. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Salles in the 80th minute of the match. In the 81st minute Serafim Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Serafim Barros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sagarana Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Serafim Barros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Manzanares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Colombia booed when Sagarana Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yan Moreno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Sagarana Clube's Bruno Salles. But to his dismay, Bruno Salles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-2. Yan Moreno kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Abram Secada had several of the Sagarana Clube's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 91 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 6-3 score and a disappointed Benedito Trigo as he didn't even see the shot coming. When Kevin Mastache came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Colombia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kevin Mastache couldn't finish the play. Sagarana Clube were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Colombia for a fine match.
