Deilmison Yashin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Deilmison Bergkamp in the 8th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Agustín Saelices nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Deilmison Yashin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Kléberson Leal kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Deilmison Yashin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 26th minute of play. Deilmison Yashin came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Felix Montenegro. But to his dismay, Felix Montenegro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Deilmison Yashin having to interfere. 34 minutes into the game, Leonel Botelho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. Leonel Botelho kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Deilmison Yashin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Adriano Diazs short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Julio Vera to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 40th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag.
