When Mala Kala fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sparta LKS's protests and gave Mala Kala a yellow card for diving instead. Mala Kala hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. 6 minutes into the match, Sparta LKS's goalkeeper Grzegorz Olszewski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustavo Aznar. Donato Gamus's late challenge caught a Sparta LKS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Donato Gamus helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Golden Dragon FC's Donato Gamus got a free kick in the 8th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Golden Dragon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marko Vooro came free, but Bambang Sagala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Desiderio Etor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Grzegorz Olszewski made a huge save. Santos Faron kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Stanislaw Gargasz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bambang Sagala. Golden Dragon FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stanislaw Gargasz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Desiderio Etor took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Grzegorz Olszewski to make any attempt to save it. 27 minutes into the match, Sparta LKS's goal looked a bit too open when Luisito Perrando came free, but Grzegorz Olszewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute of the match, Desiderio Etor tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Grzegorz Olszewski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 33rd minute Stanislaw Gargasz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bambang Sagala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute Ottó Imre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bambang Sagala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Golden Dragon FC's Bambang Sagala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ottó Imre in the 43rd minute of play. 44 minutes had been played when some careless play by Golden Dragon FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marko Vooro was slow to take the kick. During this time Sparta LKS's players had a chance to rest. Marko Vooro made a great header on Sparta LKS's corner, it was just that Golden Dragon FC's Bambang Sagala managed to reach the ball for a save. Grzegorz Olszewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisito Perrando in the 47th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
The wind increased when Desiderio Etor made the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Golden Dragon FC! Marko Vooro walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Bambang Sagala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stanislaw Gargasz in the 56th minute of the match. Stanislaw Gargasz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 61 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Marko Vooro sped through Golden Dragon FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bambang Sagala. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stanislaw Gargasz in the 65th minute of play forced Golden Dragon FC's goalkeeper Bambang Sagala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute, Donato Gamus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marko Vooro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Bambang Sagala made a huge save. Through an outstanding action, after 73 minutes, Bambang Sagala successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Sixten Bokelund received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bambang Sagala came out and tried to block the shot, but Sixten Bokelund slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 75th minute. If Sixten Bokelund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marko Vooro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Bambang Sagala made a huge save. In the 84th minute, Sparta LKS's Ottó Imre ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bambang Sagala. Bambang Sagala yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. Sparta LKS's Marko Vooro got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marko Vooro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bambang Sagala having to interfere. The Golden Dragon FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Sparta LKS's performance. The match ended with a win for Sparta LKS.
