A collision led to KIRICOCHO FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. David Lebon hit a great ball. Carlisle Schultz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Galsino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fluminense DF's Emílio Pimenta managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Lawrence Rogers in the 27 minute of the game. The supporters of Fluminense DF booed when KIRICOCHO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benigno Eder didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Fluminense DF's Aslan Raci tried to score from far away in the 29th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 33rd minute, Aslan Raci hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 38 minutes into the match, Fluminense DF's goalkeeper Carlisle Schultz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ernesto Theodore. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ingemar Kilman in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jorge Errando saved KIRICOCHO FC from getting behind. Pierre Hopgood hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Carlisle Schultz made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Lebon in the 46th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. David Lebon was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Theodore in the 52nd minute of play forced Fluminense DF's goalkeeper Carlisle Schultz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ingemar Kilman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. KIRICOCHO FC's Jorge Errando proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save KIRICOCHO FC from getting a goal against them. Carlisle Schultz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olaf Wos in the 54th minute of play. After a rather tough play, KIRICOCHO FC's Ernesto Theodore got a free kick in the 58th minute. Carlisle Schultz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caner Parshan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fluminense DF made a substitution. Prudencio Goiz replaced Ingemar Kilman. Fluminense DF's Osvaldo Furlan managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Lawrence Rogers in the 69 minute of the game. Carlisle Schultz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Lebon in the 70th minute of the match. Lawrence Rogers kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Prudencio Goiz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Prudencio Goiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. KIRICOCHO FC's Jorge Errando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prudencio Goiz in the 78th minute of play. Olaf Wos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carlisle Schultz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Carlisle Schultz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Theodore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Lebon in the 83rd minute of play forced Fluminense DF's goalkeeper Carlisle Schultz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After taking down the ball on Fluminense DF's corner Aslan Raci fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jorge Errando quite easily take care of the ball. KIRICOCHO FC's Jorge Errando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prudencio Goiz in the 93rd minute of play. Carlisle Schultz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernesto Theodore, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Carlisle Schultz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lázaro Galsino in the 96th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the KIRICOCHO FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
