Golden Dragon FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luisito Perrando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Celso Rayman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of KIRICOCHO FC booed when Golden Dragon FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Alfonso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bambang Sagala showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caner Parshan, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 15th minute Isaiah Jesus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bambang Sagala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KIRICOCHO FC's Jorge Errando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Desiderio Etor in the 20th minute of play. Jorge Errando stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Primitivo Nayely's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Primitivo Nayely fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Errando having to interfere. Bambang Sagala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caner Parshan in the 27th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Golden Dragon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Caner Parshan came free, but Bambang Sagala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marciano Filipo charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marciano Filipo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 30th match minute, Golden Dragon FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marciano Filipo to maneuver through the defense. Ignacio Soter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Bambang Sagala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, KIRICOCHO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Desiderio Etor came free, but Jorge Errando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36thth minute of the game Lázaro Galsino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Golden Dragon FC's Bambang Sagala was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 38 played minutes Golden Dragon FC got a freekick which was hit by Donato Gamus. Bambang Sagala made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Ernesto Theodore sent off a good shot on target. Bambang Sagala made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ernesto Theodore in the 45th minute. KIRICOCHO FC's Jorge Errando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Primitivo Nayely in the 46th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Ignacio Soter scored 2-0 in the 50th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bambang Sagala, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. KIRICOCHO FC's Lázaro Galsino pulled a muscle in his back after 54 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leonardo Alfonso during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. KIRICOCHO FC's Baldomiro Ikatz was substituted for Lázaro Galsino. The Golden Dragon FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bambang Sagala should have stopped the shot.
