After 15 played minutes Jucunditas got a freekick which was hit by Demetrio Tenaglia. Honduras's Sebastian Villa got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 27thth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jucunditas's Edmondo Biancone was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sebastian Villa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edmondo Biancone having to make a save. 33 minutes into the game, Dave Sanna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jucunditas's Edmondo Biancone tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edmondo Biancone prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 46th minute of the match Honduras got a corner. Jucunditas's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edmundo Espiga ran over to the corner to take the kick. Edmundo Espiga made a great header on Honduras's corner, it was just that Jucunditas's Edmondo Biancone managed to reach the ball for a save. Jucunditas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edmundo Espiga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edmondo Biancone prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 93 minutes into the game, Carter Egger threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's Luca Espinar quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 95th minute, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Edmondo Biancone. Edmondo Biancone yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8.
