A hard shot 9 in the game by Robby Lewandowski from a close distance when the talented Julio Vera managed to make a qualified save. Ecuador's players were relieved. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustín Saelices to maneuver through the defense. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robby Lewandowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 22nd minute of play forced Głodne Ghule's goalkeeper Leonard Dziechciowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonard Dziechciowski. Leonard Dziechciowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 26th match minute, Głodne Ghule was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kacper Urbański to maneuver through the defense. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luis Andino took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonard Dziechciowski. Leonard Dziechciowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kacper Urbański in the 45th minute of the match. Głodne Ghule's Leonard Dziechciowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Robby Lewandowski to strike the kick off in the second half. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leonard Dziechciowski came out and tried to block the shot, but Daniel Zorita slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 52nd minute. With a little luck, Głodne Ghule's Leonard Dziechciowski got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonard Dziechciowski having to interfere. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Leonard Dziechciowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leonard Dziechciowski having to make a save. Leonard Dziechciowski was a little too slow when Daniel Zorita got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 71st minute. The score was now 0-5. After 82 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leonard Dziechciowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Głodne Ghule booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Montenegro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Damian Maziarski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Głodne Ghule's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Felix Montenegro fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A collision led to Głodne Ghule getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Tytus Drozdowski hit a great ball. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Leonard Dziechciowski made a huge save. In the 93rd minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Głodne Ghule's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Felix Montenegro heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Damian Maziarski hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iwo Obuchowicz during the 96th minute.
