The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for MZ Wodzisław Śląski. Damazy Polek's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Damazy Polek might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Damazy Polek ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 19th minute, Pawel Karanowski reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 2-0. Damazy Polek succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 26th playminute. If Damazy Polek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damazy Polek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alex Chicote made in the 38th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Patricio Costa immediately put the ball in play. In the 44th minute of the game, MZ Wodzisław Śląski got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post. After 47 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Alex Chicote. MZ Wodzisław Śląski made a substitution. Tytus Niemoj replaced Przemyslaw Kiepski. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damazy Polek, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damazy Polek in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. The throw-in from Cornel Braniște in the 62nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Venezuela's Jose Correa. Juliusz Kazimierz kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Damazy Polek in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 71st minute, Damazy Polek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MZ Wodzisław Śląski fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pawel Karanowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 76 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cornel Braniște who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on MZ Wodzisław Śląski's corner Tytus Niemoj fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jonathan Ferrant quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of Venezuela booed when MZ Wodzisław Śląski was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Borys Dzerwucki didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to MZ Wodzisław Śląski getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Borys Dzerwucki hit a great ball. After 90 minutes, Alex Chicote mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the MZ Wodzisław Śląski players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Alex Chicote got a free kick in the 90th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Damazy Polek came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
