Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cassius Byrne kicked off to start the match. Marcus Ekrot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Mcdonald in the 4th minute of play. In the 5thth minute of the game Cassius Byrne who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 7th minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Ekrot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 8 played minutes USA got a freekick which was hit by Koby Fletcher. After 10 played minutes Vykans Vikingar got a freekick which was hit by Jose Indalecio. If Edward Mcdonald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marco Day made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonardo Trancoso in the 16th minute. Vykans Vikingar's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fernan Berart in the 18th minute. Fernan Berart made a great header on Vykans Vikingar's corner, it was just that USA's Marco Day managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 21st minute USA were awarded a corner. Cassius Byrne went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led USA's Cassius Byrne to fire away a dangerous shot which Marcus Ekrot despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Edward Mcdonald managed to get in a good position for a shot. USA's supporters rose to their feet, but Edward Mcdonald was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcus Ekrot breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcus Ekrot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cassius Byrne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcus Ekrot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 31st minute of the match. USA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cassius Byrne in the 32nd minute. Jenson Smith was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 34 minutes into the match, USA's goalkeeper Marco Day had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leonardo Trancoso. Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 37th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Vykans Vikingar's goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Marcus Ekrot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. USA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cassius Byrne in the 39th minute. USA's Cassius Byrne was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marcus Ekrot in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 41st minute Nono Rico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute of the match Vykans Vikingar got a corner. USA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fernan Berart ran over to the corner to take the kick. Edward Mcdonald's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcus Ekrot read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nono Rico stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes Vykans Vikingar's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cassius Byrne who took care of the corner kick. With a little luck, Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot got control of the ball when Edward Mcdonald tried to sneak it across the goal line. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Trancoso in the 59th minute of play. Marcus Ekrot didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edward Mcdonald went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. In the 73rd minute of the match Vykans Vikingar got a corner. USA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fernan Berart ran over to the corner to take the kick. Leonardo Trancoso was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. USA made a substitution. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. 78 minutes had been played when some careless play by Vykans Vikingar's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jenson Smith was slow to take the kick. During this time USA's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to USA's Khalid Parry getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Jenson Smith's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcus Ekrot read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute Khalid Parry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Ekrot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Vykans Vikingar's goal looked a bit too open when Khalid Parry came free, but Marcus Ekrot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcus Ekrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Khalid Parry, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. USA played a much better game than Vykans Vikingar and deserved their victory. The Vykans Vikingar players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
