Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Karol Panasewicz took the kick off in the first half of the match. Robin Sharma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 9th minute of play. Robin Sharma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karol Panasewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robin Sharma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 17th minute of play. USA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cassius Byrne in the 18th minute. The corner ended in Cassius Byrne almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Blue Mountain State's Robin Sharma did a great save. 22 minutes into the match, Monty Rogers had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robin Sharma. Blue Mountain State's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Monty Rogers was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Karol Panasewicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 30 minutes USA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Afşar Uçuk who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Blue Mountain State's Yaser Oğuzman getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Robin Sharma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cassius Byrne in the 32nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassius Byrne in the 37th minute of play forced Blue Mountain State's goalkeeper Robin Sharma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Blue Mountain State's goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Robin Sharma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 39 minutes into the game, Karol Panasewicz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marco Day. Karol Panasewicz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. 42 minutes into the match, Blue Mountain State's goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Robin Sharma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cassius Byrne to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robin Sharma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cassius Byrne could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Robin Sharma made a huge save. Tang Yang Le kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Robin Sharma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 62nd minute of play. The supporters of USA booed when Blue Mountain State was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yaser Oğuzman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Blue Mountain State's Robin Sharma proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Blue Mountain State from getting a goal against them. George Popescu might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marco Day. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. George Popescu ran back to his position shaking his head. Sam Campbell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robin Sharma having to interfere. USA made a substitution. Marco Baker replaced Edward Mcdonald. Blue Mountain State's Robin Sharma proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Blue Mountain State from getting a goal against them. Afşar Uçuk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Afşar Uçuk in the 85th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute Lionel-Andrés Messi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lionel-Andrés Messi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, Blue Mountain State could leave the field as winners, despite USA having more of the ball for most of the match.
