Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Renatinho Jacinto came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Venezuela's Tomas Illescas. But to his dismay, Tomas Illescas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gugu Loureiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute, Tomas Illescas made a precise shot to the right of Renatinho Jacinto. AFA Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. AFA Club's Renatinho Jacinto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 17th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Renatinho Jacinto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Patricio Costa scored 0-3 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Renatinho Jacinto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 27th minute, Tomas Illescas made a precise shot to the right of Renatinho Jacinto. AFA Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Renatinho Jacinto having to make a save. Renatinho Jacinto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After 41 played minutes, Venezuela's Joshua Secada shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Renatinho Jacinto came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Venezuela reached it. Tomas Illescas struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Renatinho Jacinto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. Renatinho Jacinto stood somewhat misplaced when Tomas Illescas came free in front of goal and shot 0-6 to the left of him in the 51 minute. In the 61st minute, Patricio Costa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. AFA Club's Renatinho Jacinto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save AFA Club from getting a goal against them. Renatinho Jacinto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. The supporters of AFA Club booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Renatinho Jacinto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 69th minute. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Renatinho Jacinto didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 75th minute, which inside left pole to 0-9. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Renatinho Jacinto in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 91st minute, Tomas Illescas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Renatinho Jacinto was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-10. After 95 played minutes AFA Club got a freekick which was hit by Richard Tinoco. When the match was over Venezuela could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than AFA Club throughout the match.
