Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Mexico's Joel Gaona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 6th minute, Leoncio Huerta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oliver Kan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 8th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaroslaw Maurycy, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the game, Mexico's Joel Gaona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oliver Kan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Oliver Kan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 16th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joel Gaona in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oliver Kan saved ORIZABA F.C. from getting behind. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 20th minute. A collision led to ORIZABA F.C. getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Gică Bogdan hit a great ball. Hilario Izquierdo made in the 23rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo. Oliver Kan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Facundo Cadaval, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. A nice corner shot did that Joel Gaona got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Oliver Kan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 28 minutes into the match, Jaroslaw Maurycy dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dante Lacasa, 1-1. 2-1 became the score in the 33rd minute when Cyprian Oliszewski elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Luca Zorita hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cyprian Oliszewski made a kick off. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaroslaw Maurycy in the 61st minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 63rd minute of the game. One of Mexico:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of ORIZABA F.C.:s goal. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cyprian Oliszewski in the 71st minute of play. Oliver Kan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Facundo Cadaval in the 81st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaroslaw Maurycy in the 82nd minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gică Bogdan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 87 minutes into the match, Cyprian Oliszewski notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alberto Tafalla had several of the ORIZABA F.C.'s defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 95 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-2 score and a disappointed Oliver Kan as he didn't even see the shot coming. ORIZABA F.C. were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Mexico for a fine match.
