Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tarcisio Flecha kicked off to start the match. Mateus Neto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 3rd minute of play. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Mateus Neto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the GAÚCHO FC defense, Sebastian Villa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mateus Neto. The GAÚCHO FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mateus Neto should have stopped the shot. Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sebastian Villa struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Mateus Neto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. Mateus Neto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edmundo Espiga went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mateus Neto saved GAÚCHO FC from getting behind. Mateus Neto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Moises Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateus Neto having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mateus Neto saved GAÚCHO FC from getting behind. The Honduras fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when Honduras's Edmundo Espiga looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Mateus Neto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edmundo Espiga went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Edmundo Espiga took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mateus Neto. Mateus Neto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Mateus Neto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastian Villa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

Edmundo Espiga struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Mateus Neto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. The crowd rose to their feet as Edmundo Espiga kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mateus Neto. That made the score 0-7 in the 54 minute of play. Mateus Neto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 57th minute. Edmundo Espiga scored 0-8 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mateus Neto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mateus Neto stood somewhat misplaced when Edmundo Espiga came free in front of goal and shot 0-9 to the left of him in the 62 minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastian Villa got free with Mateus Neto in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luca Espinar struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Mateus Neto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. In the 69th minute, Sebastian Villa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mateus Neto was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-10. 72 minutes into the game, Edmundo Espiga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-11. Mateus Neto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, GAÚCHO FC's Beto Garcia got a free kick in the 76th minute. After 78th play minutes Edmundo Espiga shot 0-12, a short shot which went by Mateus Neto and just under the crossbar into goal. Edmundo Espiga struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Mateus Neto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. In the 83rd minute, GAÚCHO FC's Sandro Branco seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Sandro Branco the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of GAÚCHO FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Sandro Branco had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 83 played minutes GAÚCHO FC got a freekick which was hit by Sandro Branco. Christian Sancho missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 85 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Mateus Neto right hand side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mateus Neto saved GAÚCHO FC from getting behind. After having played for 88 minutes, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Villa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Honduras's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
