A wasted opportunity for Los Spurs. 13 minutes into the match, David Nekesa notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Los Spurs's Roland Hock. Roland Hock was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eduardo Dorado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Horsky in the 16th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Los Spurs's goal looked a bit too open when Omar Njoroge came free, but Roland Hock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dorival Sarmento got free with Roland Hock in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dorival Sarmento's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roland Hock read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Eduardo Dorado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eike Salmutter in the 29th minute of the match. Los Spurs's Roland Hock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorival Sarmento in the 33rd minute of play. In the 57th match minute, Los Spurs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenz Mix to maneuver through the defense. Roland Hock stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicolae Ceaușescu's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Roland Hock took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dorival Sarmento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roland Hock didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when FC Hamunaptra's Dorival Sarmento shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute. The supporters of Los Spurs booed when FC Hamunaptra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Duncan Mwaura didn't get a good kick on the ball.
