Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Robertinho Carabajal kicked off to start the match. Ulises Steven stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Zorita's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Ulises Steven made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 13th minute of play. Ulises Steven showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 15th minute of the match. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by AFC Koolkerke's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Ulises Steven despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ulises Steven made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 19th minute of play. In the 21st minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulises Steven saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of AFC Koolkerke's Ulises Steven. Ulises Steven was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The AFC Koolkerke fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when AFC Koolkerke's Robertinho Carabajal looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Robertinho Carabajal tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 33rd minute Robertinho Carabajal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Sancho scored 1-2 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ulises Steven, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. AFC Koolkerke's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tang Di Nan in the 38th minute. AFC Koolkerke's Tang Di Nan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, AFC Koolkerke's Joseph Smits got a free kick in the 40th minute. Robertinho Carabajal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 47 minutes into the match, AFC Koolkerke's Robertinho Carabajal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robertinho Carabajal in the 54th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Sancho in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ulises Steven saved AFC Koolkerke from getting behind. With a little luck, AFC Koolkerke's Ulises Steven got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 61st match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Andino to maneuver through the defense. 72 minutes into the match, AFC Koolkerke's Robertinho Carabajal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Robertinho Carabajal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robertinho Carabajal, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 80th minute, Robertinho Carabajal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. The AFC Koolkerke fans' excitement grew in the 83rd match minute when AFC Koolkerke's Robertinho Carabajal looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 91st minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but AFC Koolkerke's Ulises Steven did a great save. In the 96th match minute, AFC Koolkerke was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clóvis Bittencourt to maneuver through the defense. Many of Ecuador's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Ecuador may have spent more time on the ball, but AFC Koolkerke were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
