Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Axel Tasis made the kick off and thus started the match. Tivadar Sörös fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. Bendegúz Ördög recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tivadar Sörös in the 12th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute, Lautaro Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Tivadar Sörös sent off a good shot on target. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ede Edelényi, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 24th minute Eliseo Noboa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Krisztián Sydbøge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Bendegúz Ördög fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nimród Vére's protests and gave Bendegúz Ördög a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when Nimród Vére was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bendegúz Ördög didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 30 minutes of play Nimród Vére's Bendegúz Ördög was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 30 played minutes Nimród Vére got a freekick which was hit by Bendegúz Ördög. Nimród Vére's Krisztián Sydbøge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Noboa in the 35th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Márk Kovács notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Abel Carballo got a free kick in the 45th minute.

The wind increased when Tivadar Sörös made the kick off in the second half. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tivadar Sörös went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Tivadar Sörös blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benito Sanz having to make a save. Santo Berasko charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santo Berasko the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 77 minutes into the match, Nimród Vére's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Tasis came free, but Krisztián Sydbøge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tivadar Sörös went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Krisztián Sydbøge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Tasis, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Ede Edelényi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute Tivadar Sörös shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Nimród Vére players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
