Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off. The referee felt a red card was in order, 3 minutes into the game, when Lobo Lobo put in a rough tackle. 9 minutes into the match, Eugenio Abeitia dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant, 1-0. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Trayan Davchev sent off a good shot on target. Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Trayan Davchev tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Trayan Davchev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Camilo Gaos kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. 34 minutes into the game, Victor Bentley was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Juventud Antoniana's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. In the 34th match minute, Juventud Antoniana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Bentley to maneuver through the defense. Trayan Davchev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas got a free kick in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 58th minute, Eugenio Abeitia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Camilo Gaos hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 64th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Trayan Davchev in the 78th minute of play. Baldomero Shantala made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 84th minute. Baldomero Shantala took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Baldomero Shantala made a huge save. Baldomero Shantala made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 90th minute. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomero Shantala having to interfere. Baldomero Shantala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 93rd minute of the match. After having played for 97 minutes, Trayan Davchev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Juventud Antoniana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Trayan Davchev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Juventud Antoniana had played much better football throughout.
