After 11 minutes San Michele AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Hüsamettin Civanmert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Ecuador players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
