A very good chance for a goal. 16 minutes into the match, Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ahmet Ziya Bilginer. Kudret Baltacıoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Ahmet Ziya Bilginer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. When Colombia's Abram Sarmiento in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After some careless play in the Colombia defense, Ahmet Ziya Bilginer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Manzanares. The Colombia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Manzanares should have stopped the shot. Kudret Baltacıoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignacio Mastache, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
