Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off. Bill Fitzpatrick's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bill Fitzpatrick helped the player get up and apologised. Bill Fitzpatrick kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Bill Fitzpatrick took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Jonathan Ferrant to make any attempt to save it. 9 minutes into the match, FC NILS's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Åke Utter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Håkan Löfgren in the 10th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Venezuela's Patricio Costa. Åke Utter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 11th minute of the match. In the 15thth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC NILS's Åke Utter was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 19 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Alex Chicote. In the 20th minute of the match, Bill Fitzpatrick tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jonathan Ferrant saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Americo Portas was slow to take the kick. During this time FC NILS's players had a chance to rest. Tomas Illescas took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Åke Utter. Åke Utter dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. A collision led to FC NILS getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Bill Fitzpatrick hit a great ball. Bill Fitzpatrick stood ready after the free kick and tried to head the ball into the goal, but got pushed from behind by one of Venezuela's defenders and the ball went out. FC NILS appealed in vain for a penalty, the referee looked over at the linesman, but the flag stayed down. No Penalty. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Åke Utter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 34th minute of the match. Venezuela's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomas Illescas in the 35th minute. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Åke Utter in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Åke Utter stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Salvador Gisbert's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 39 minutes of play, FC NILS's Zebastian Palmkvist made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zebastian Palmkvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Zebastian Palmkvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 54th minute, Alex Chicote hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 57 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of FC NILS's Åke Utter. Åke Utter was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 61st minute Zebastian Palmkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC NILS made a substitution. Filip Örtlund replaced Bill Fitzpatrick. Filip Örtlund took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. The supporters of FC NILS booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Filip Örtlund went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-2 was the resulting score. Stefan Edberg kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Filip Örtlund might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Filip Örtlund ran back to his position shaking his head. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Åke Utter having to make a save. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Filip Örtlund put it in 7-2 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. When FC NILS's Filip Örtlund in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. FC NILS's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
