After having played for 5 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's Agustín Saelices got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 22nd match minute, İki Gözümün Çiçeği was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Azmi Akburak to maneuver through the defense. Sufi Hançer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Sufi Hançer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ecuador's Daniel Zorita in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye İki Gözümün Çiçeği's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Zorita in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sufi Hançer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Camilo Gisbert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sufi Hançer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Andino in the 40th minute of the match. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sufi Hançer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Camilo Gisbert hit a great ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Murathan Paye was the one to do the kick off. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sufi Hançer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Felix Montenegro heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Sufi Hançer made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Cristian Sancho took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Sufi Hançer to make any attempt to save it. 61 minutes into the match, İki Gözümün Çiçeği's goalkeeper Sufi Hançer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Cristian Sancho came free with the goalkeeper in the 65th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Sufi Hançer could save by the left post. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sufi Hançer. Sufi Hançer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After 69 played minutes İki Gözümün Çiçeği got a freekick which was hit by Müslüm Beksan. A collision led to İki Gözümün Çiçeği getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Philipp Lienhardt hit a great ball. Sufi Hançer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 72nd minute of the match. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Murathan Paye, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Philipp Lienhardt hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Juan Sebastián Puig hit a great ball. In the 84th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sufi Hançer was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Felix Montenegro hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Müslüm Beksan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, İki Gözümün Çiçeği's Sufi Hançer got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Ecuador players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
