Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off. Zak Foggarty took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 6th minute, Lautaro Mancebo made a precise shot to the right of Zak Foggarty. Racing Club Canillo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Zak Foggarty showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 9th minute of the match. In the 13th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zak Foggarty saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lorenzo Cazalla hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the match, Racing Club Canillo's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Zak Foggarty reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Racing Club Canillo's zone, Alberto Tafalla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zak Foggarty came out of the goal and Alberto Tafalla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 28 minutes, Alberto Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Tafalla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zak Foggarty having to interfere. Joel Gaona succeeded in the game's 33rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 43 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tom Clemence. In the 44th minute, Joel Gaona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zenon Cisek was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Zak Foggarty in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tom Clemence in the 59th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ashley Haigh during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 63rd minute Tom Clemence shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Ray Milburn came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 69 minutes, Luca Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luca Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Racing Club Canillo's Zak Foggarty got control of the ball when Alberto Tafalla tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alberto Tafalla hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Zak Foggarty was out of position in the 75 minute of play, and Lautaro Mancebo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lautaro Mancebo really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. Zak Foggarty made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 78th minute of play. Joel Gaona took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zak Foggarty. Zak Foggarty dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. When the match clock showed 82 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Alberto Tafalla sped through Racing Club Canillo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zak Foggarty. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zenon Cisek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zenon Cisek in the 88th minute of play. In the 90th minute of the match Racing Club Canillo got a corner. Mexico's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Keanu Guest ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well done corner resulted in Graham Pullen drilling the ball in to score 1-7 behind Mexico's goalkeeper. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zenon Cisek in the 97th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded Mexico left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Racing Club Canillo.
