Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boukjan van Dongen in the 9th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the game, Strong Body lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Jonathan Ferrant. Steen Müür showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Heineken Youths's Steen Müür played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 39th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. Chi-Chi Chi kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Camilo Gaos kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. A collision led to Heineken Youths getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Dennis Heida hit a great ball. After having played for 84 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Boukjan van Dongen went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. If Boukjan van Dongen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute, Patricio Costa fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as Patricio Costa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Steen Müür. That made the score 3-1 in the 94 minute of play.
