In the 10th minute, Carlos Augusto do Valle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 12 minutes into the match, Federales FC Ψ OFF's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Pardo came free, but Ubaldo Lluterio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlos Augusto do Valle. Jacobo Nores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cícero de Castro, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After 23 played minutes Federales FC Ψ OFF got a freekick which was hit by Horacio Medardo. A sloppy throw-in by Juan Diego Tenorio in the 26th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Federales FC Ψ OFF's Ermegildo Blai. The supporters of Paraguay booed when Federales FC Ψ OFF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thibaut Pheulpin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 30 minutes, Hector Covarrubias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paraguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hector Covarrubias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Federales FC Ψ OFF's zone, Hector Covarrubias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ubaldo Lluterio came out of the goal and Hector Covarrubias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carlos Augusto do Valle came free with the goalkeeper in the 34th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jacobo Nores could save by the left post. The supporters of Paraguay booed when Federales FC Ψ OFF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horacio Medardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juan Diego Tenorio hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. 42 minutes into the game, Osvaldo Burutzagi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Federales FC Ψ OFF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paraguay the free kick. A collision led to Federales FC Ψ OFF getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Osvaldo Burutzagi hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carlos Augusto do Valle to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Federales FC Ψ OFF's Angelo Gaskon got a free kick in the 57th minute. After 61 minutes, Thibaut Pheulpin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Federales FC Ψ OFF and the Paraguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some careless play in the Paraguay defense, Cícero de Castro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacobo Nores. The Paraguay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacobo Nores should have stopped the shot. Hector Covarrubias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Ubaldo Lluterio made a huge save. Carlos Augusto do Valle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Federales FC Ψ OFF's Cícero de Castro got a free kick in the 76th minute. After 80 played minutes Federales FC Ψ OFF got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Gaskon. After a rather tough play, Paraguay's Jaime Pardo got a free kick in the 81st minute. Jacobo Nores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cícero de Castro, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Angelo Gaskon hit a great ball. 92 minutes into the match, Carlos Augusto do Valle had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlos Augusto do Valle was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0.
