Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Desiderio Etor kicked off to start the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Desiderio Etor in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after Golden Dragon FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Gustavo Aznar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 23rd minute of play forced Golden Dragon FC's goalkeeper Constantino Virila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 28 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Constantino Virila was left in no man's land by his defense there! Constantino Virila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 32nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Golden Dragon FC's Luisito Perrando got a free kick in the 41st minute. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Constantino Virila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute Felix Montes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constantino Virila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Constantino Virila made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. In the 63rd minute Desiderio Etor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felix Montenegro took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Constantino Virila. Constantino Virila dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Constantino Virila was a little too slow when Luis Andino got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 67th minute. The score was now 0-4. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Constantino Virila. Golden Dragon FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Constantino Virila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 78th minute of play. In the 79th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Golden Dragon FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Golden Dragon FC's Constantino Virila did a great save. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisito Perrando, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 90 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Desiderio Etor came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Constantino Virila was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Cristian Sancho capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cristian Sancho really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Golden Dragon FC throughout the match.
