Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriano Di Domenico in the 5th minute of play. A collision led to C.A.MALVINAS.ARG getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Severo Rosio hit a great ball. The supporters of C.A.MALVINAS.ARG booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvador Gisbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Jonathan Ferrant managed to avoid a goal in the 12thth minute, when C.A.MALVINAS.ARG's Wilfredo Maidana fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Wilfredo Maidana in the 13thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Wilfredo Maidana sent off a good shot on target. When C.A.MALVINAS.ARG's Wilfredo Maidana in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. Wilfredo Maidana had several of the Venezuela's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 22 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Jonathan Ferrant as he didn't even see the shot coming. Wilfredo Maidana blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. Wilfredo Maidana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Wilfredo Maidana sent off a good shot on target. Wilfredo Maidana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wilfredo Maidana. Wilfredo Maidana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. The supporters of C.A.MALVINAS.ARG booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfredo Maidana in the 42nd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Camilo Gaos was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 47 minutes into the match. Eurico Mesquita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wilfredo Maidana made a kick off. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilfredo Maidana's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilfredo Maidana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 67 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Generoso Matai came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Alex Chicote got a free kick in the 68th minute. C.A.MALVINAS.ARG's Eurico Mesquita got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wilfredo Maidana in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. 88 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Adriano Di Domenico came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wilfredo Maidana in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 91st match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. After 93 played minutes, C.A.MALVINAS.ARG's Eurico Mesquita shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in C.A.MALVINAS.ARG reached it. C.A.MALVINAS.ARG's Generoso Matai pulled a muscle in his back after 93 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Venezuela's Jose Correa got his second yellow card of the match in the 93rd minute. The referee ordered Jose Correa off the ground. C.A.MALVINAS.ARG's Daniel Aguirre was substituted for Generoso Matai. In the 95th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. Alex Chicote hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilfredo Maidana in the 98th minute of the match. C.A.MALVINAS.ARG walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
