Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Francisco Seco took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to Yaquis FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Rigoberto Eskuin hit a great ball. In the 13th minute of the match, Orlando Shantala got a very nice opportunity to score, but Joaquin Gayoso was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Teofilo Galindo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Iván Leguizamón's late challenge caught a Uruguay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iván Leguizamón helped the player get up and apologised. If Francisco Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute, Filiberto Crispo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 34 minutes, Teofilo Galindo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yaquis FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teofilo Galindo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Teofilo Galindo came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Yaquis FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teofilo Galindo couldn't finish the play. Aurelio Erdiano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Joaquin Gayoso made a huge save. In the 44th minute, Bruno Beldad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute of the match, Orlando Shantala tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Joaquin Gayoso saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Orlando Shantala to strike the kick off in the second half. Rigoberto Eskuin was shown his second yellow card after 50 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Yaquis FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Eskuin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aurelio Erdiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 曹森伟 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 58th minute of play. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofilo Galindo in the 60th minute of play. Teofilo Galindo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Joaquin Gayoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. If Teofilo Galindo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 曹森伟 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Seco in the 80th minute. After having played for 81 minutes, Teofilo Galindo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yaquis FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teofilo Galindo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Yaquis FC booed when Uruguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Franco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aurelio Erdiano struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Joaquin Gayoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yaquis FC. 曹森伟 made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Maximiliano Escribano sent off a good shot on target. Rob Sinclair made in the 95th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Uruguay's Arturo Carvallo. Yaquis FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
