In the 7th minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Epifanio Iratzeder. Artetas artilleri's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Artetas artilleri's goalkeeper Epifanio Iratzeder, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 12thth minute of the game Noel Abraham who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Cristian Sancho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Epifanio Iratzeder was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. In the 19th minute Joakim Brandin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valter Siöman kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After having played for 20 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brian Jones in the 52nd minute of the match. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 54th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Epifanio Iratzeder could save by the left post. 58 minutes into the match, Noel Abraham notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noel Abraham, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Artetas artilleri's Epifanio Iratzeder proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Artetas artilleri from getting a goal against them. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joakim Brandin, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Noel Abraham's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. In the 90th minute Artetas artilleri were awarded a corner. Valter Siöman went to the cornerflag to take it. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Artetas artilleri's Valter Siöman. But to his dismay, Valter Siöman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Ecuador played a much better game than Artetas artilleri and deserved their victory. The Artetas artilleri players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
