Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Tomas Berganza made the kick off and thus started the match. When Abraham Alguacil came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abraham Alguacil couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Panama's zone, Severino Bueno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal and Severino Bueno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Eleven Young Elephants's Darren Carabott got a free kick in the 10th minute. Marcos Cotilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enzo Perez in the 16th minute. Aaron Tanti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Eleven Young Elephants's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Aaron Tanti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Darren Carabott could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Marcos Cotilla made a huge save. In the 24th minute, one of Panama:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Panama. Panama:s Marcos Cotilla showed great skill when he stopped Severino Bueno:s penalty. Severino Bueno scored 1-0 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcos Cotilla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 29 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Alex Cambeiro. Eleven Young Elephants's Fabio Savona shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 30th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Marcos Cotilla but with some difficulty. In the 31st minute, Tomas Berganza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zlatko Zahovič, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zlatko Zahovič in the 34th minute of play. Severino Bueno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zlatko Zahovič in the 38th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Severino Bueno scored 2-0 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcos Cotilla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Isidoro Sarmiento kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Aaron Tanti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 46th minute of the match. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Severino Bueno made a kick off. Aaron Tanti made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Abraham Alguacil sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Eleven Young Elephants booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abraham Alguacil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zlatko Zahovič scored 3-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcos Cotilla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zlatko Zahovič took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Dylan Sarmiento kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. A collision led to Eleven Young Elephants getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Fabio Savona hit a great ball. With a little luck, Eleven Young Elephants's Aaron Tanti got control of the ball when Tomas Berganza tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 75th minute Severino Bueno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Eleven Young Elephants's goalkeeper Aaron Tanti had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abraham Alguacil. 82 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Darren Carabott came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Eleven Young Elephants reached it. 94 minutes into the match, Darren Carabott had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Darren Carabott was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0.
