Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Axel Tasis made the kick off which started today's match. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Alan Moruga got a free kick in the 2nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Marin Hodzhov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Marin Hodzhov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Spiridon Presolski hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 10th minute Iliyan Bolashikov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute, Niki Pantaleev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Tasis in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rayko Dzhukelov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Iliyan Bolashikov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benito Sanz was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. After 18 played minutes Blue Power got a freekick which was hit by Tzocho Gúrnevski. The audience thought a goal was coming when Spiridon Presolski got free with Benito Sanz in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vanko Kavlakov, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After having played for 27 minutes, Iliyan Bolashikov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blue Power's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iliyan Bolashikov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 29th minute, Vanko Kavlakov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Rayko Dzhukelov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Tasis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Iliyan Bolashikov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. Eliseo Noboa struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Rayko Dzhukelov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Costa Rica. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iliyan Bolashikov got free with Benito Sanz in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 48th minute, Vanko Kavlakov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Iliyan Bolashikov made the kick off in the second half. Iliyan Bolashikov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iliyan Bolashikov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Juan Rubio hit a great ball. Lautaro Puig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Rayko Dzhukelov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Blue Power's Rayko Dzhukelov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Noboa in the 67th minute of play. 68 minutes into the game, Iliyan Bolashikov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rayko Dzhukelov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Axel Tasis went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. 78 minutes into the game, Iliyan Bolashikov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Eliseo Noboa came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Costa Rica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliseo Noboa couldn't finish the play. In the 88th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Rubio to maneuver through the defense. If Vanko Kavlakov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Spiridon Presolski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Blue Power fully deserved thier win.
