A collision led to MirkoNicolas FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Paolo Mendebal hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jaime Pardo in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Urbano Martinez saved MirkoNicolas FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Covarrubias in the 28th minute of play forced MirkoNicolas FC's goalkeeper Urbano Martinez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in MirkoNicolas FC's zone, Hector Covarrubias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Urbano Martinez came out of the goal and Hector Covarrubias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Primitivo Escribano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Urbano Martinez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Pardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Urbano Martinez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Covarrubias in the 47th minute of play. Bartolo Roland kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Amancio Saturnin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 61st minute, Jaime Pardo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. MirkoNicolas FC's Urbano Martinez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Pardo in the 64th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Jaime Pardo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Primitivo Escribano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paraguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Primitivo Escribano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Urbano Martinez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Paolo Mendebal fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MirkoNicolas FC's protests and gave Paolo Mendebal a yellow card for diving instead. In the 70th minute, Paolo Mendebal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71st minute, Jaime Pardo made a precise shot to the right of Urbano Martinez. MirkoNicolas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Urbano Martinez came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias. But to his dismay, Hector Covarrubias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Hector Covarrubias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jose Sanz got free with Urbano Martinez in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paolo Mendebal got his second yellow card in the match during the 83rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to MirkoNicolas FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Paolo Mendebal hit a great ball. After 94 minutes, Alan Campos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paraguay and the MirkoNicolas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 94th minute, Alan Campos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. MirkoNicolas FC's Amancio Saturnin got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paraguay played a much better game than MirkoNicolas FC and deserved their victory. The MirkoNicolas FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
