Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Alastair Moody made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th minute Alastair Moody shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 7th minute. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Bruno Gregory tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alastair Moody, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulgencio Argoitz in the 16th minute of play. Trenel AFC's Bruno Gregory came free and shot a quick shot against goal 17 minutes in the game, fortunately Jonathan Ferrant had problems saving as it came toward the left post. In the 24th minute, Alastair Moody ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alastair Moody in the 28th minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Timoteo Matro. Alberto Misael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute, Alastair Moody left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Trenel AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Arnoldo Sandalio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 48th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Illescas was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Trenel AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celedonio Frascuelo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Arnoldo Sandalio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. In the 60thth minute of the game Timoteo Matro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Trenel AFC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Rodolfo Mincho hit a great ball. Arnoldo Sandalio acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 62nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Tomas Illescas. 65 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Alastair Moody came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alastair Moody received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alastair Moody in the 74th minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Celedonio Frascuelo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Timoteo Matro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Trenel AFC made a substitution. Ariel Valiente replaced Alberto Montanari. Venezuela's attentive Jonathan Venegas managed to snatch the ball when Rodolfo Mincho made a throw-in in the 82nd minute of the game. Tomas Illescas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 85thth minute, Arnoldo Sandalio skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 85th match minute, Trenel AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Misael to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute Venezuela were awarded a corner. Tomas Illescas went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 89th minute of the match Venezuela got a corner. Trenel AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomas Illescas ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 93rd minute. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Alastair Moody kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Trenel AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
