Zarando Palma ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Zarando Palma almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vismantas Garnys hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ignas Žemaitis made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, FC KOMETA's Ignas Žemaitis got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zigmas Boruta in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 85th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignas Žemaitis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ignas Žemaitis was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. Cristian Sancho came free with the goalkeeper in the 95th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ignas Žemaitis could save by the left post. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC KOMETA.
