Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Thananiti Cheewawipat got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Felix Montes got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 5th minute, Felix Montenegro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thananiti Cheewawipat who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Julio Vera when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Agustín Saelices struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Willem-Jan Hollanders didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. In the 12th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willem-Jan Hollanders saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thananiti Cheewawipat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thananiti Cheewawipats short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Julio Vera to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Agustín Saelices sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Willem-Jan Hollanders showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willem-Jan Hollanders having to interfere. A collision led to Les Bistouquettes Bleues getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Ryan De Werdt hit a great ball. Willem-Jan Hollanders took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Les Bistouquettes Bleues's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Luis Andino managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Tim Vranken managed to get in a good position for a shot. Les Bistouquettes Bleues's supporters rose to their feet, but Tim Vranken was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

With a little luck, Les Bistouquettes Bleues's Willem-Jan Hollanders got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Felix Montes hit a great ball. Tim Vranken took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 58th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Julio Vera. Ecuador's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Willem-Jan Hollanders made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Thananiti Cheewawipat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Les Bistouquettes Bleues made a substitution. Georges Grün replaced Kenny Niewens. Daniel Zorita hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 75thth minute of the game Thananiti Cheewawipat who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tim Vranken in the 76th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Willem-Jan Hollanders. Willem-Jan Hollanders dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Les Bistouquettes Bleues's Oihan De Toro was substituted for Tim Vranken. In the 85th minute, Antonio Arias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Georges Grün, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 90 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Oihan De Toro came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Daniel Zorita took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Willem-Jan Hollanders to make any attempt to save it. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
