The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonathan Alphonse stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 90th minute Qu Wei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Seide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ernso Constant hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Saint Jean Pierre during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 91 played minutes Haiti got a freekick which was hit by Saint Jean Pierre. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Denílson Tepedino in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Noel Seide saved Haiti from getting behind. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Proteu fully deserved thier win.
