The tension between the Paraguay and the ACS Echipa Ursilor Brasov players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Paraguay's Primitivo Escribano got a free kick in the 18th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Dudu Georgescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dudu Georgescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Lucian Cangeopol made in the 28th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Cornel Gorjanu however managed to control. Cornel Gorjanu didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 3-0 via right post in the game's 30th minute. ACS Echipa Ursilor Brasov's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Lucian Cangeopol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Jacobo Nores tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paraguay's Jaime Pardo got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 47 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Cornel Gorjanu came free, but Jacobo Nores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cornel Gorjanu to make the kick off. Iker Tafalla's late challenge caught a ACS Echipa Ursilor Brasov's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iker Tafalla helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Paraguay getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Iker Tafalla hit a great ball. Jacobo Nores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dudu Georgescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cornel Gorjanu in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacobo Nores saved Paraguay from getting behind. When Niculae Şania was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 94 minutes had been played.
