The referee showed Olimpiu Bobeica the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to ≮王者归来≯News at 11 getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Gonçalo Coelho hit a great ball. After having played for 11 minutes, Aurel Lăceanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Cosula-BTF-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Aurel Lăceanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 18th match minute, ≮王者归来≯News at 11 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudinei Domingues to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to ≮王者归来≯News at 11 getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Claudinei Domingues hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiago Gabriel de Medeiros in the 27th minute of play forced FC Cosula-BTF-'s goalkeeper Ovidiu Marin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emilian Bădila got a throw-in 29 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Irinel Irimescu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dacian Jurăscu in the 34th minute of play forced ≮王者归来≯News at 11's goalkeeper Ernani Oliveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute, Filip Hosu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ernani Oliveira was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Ovidiu Marin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Dias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dacian Jurăscu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernani Oliveira having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Filip Hosu to make the kick off. Ernani Oliveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dacian Jurăscu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes into the match, FC Cosula-BTF-'s goal looked a bit too open when Lester Nygaard came free, but Ovidiu Marin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute Dacian Jurăscu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernani Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filip Hosu during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of ≮王者归来≯News at 11 booed when FC Cosula-BTF- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filip Hosu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ernani Oliveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dacian Jurăscu in the 64th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Dacian Jurăscu managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Cosula-BTF-'s supporters rose to their feet, but Dacian Jurăscu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ernani Oliveira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marco Dias got free with Ovidiu Marin in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 79 minutes into the game, Dacian Jurăscu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Ernani Oliveira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. FC Cosula-BTF- made a substitution. Octav Buta replaced Aurel Lăceanu. Hílton Toscano made in the 86th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC Cosula-BTF-'s Emilian Bădila. In the 88th minute Marco Dias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidiu Marin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Dacian Jurăscu came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the FC Cosula-BTF- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dacian Jurăscu couldn't finish the play.

FC Cosula-BTF-'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
