An unexpectedly hard shot by Harald Ennegren in the 8th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joaquin Prats kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Harald Ennegren came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Harald Ennegren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolando Noboa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. A collision led to Vejbystrand getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Perivaldo de Lima hit a great ball. Luz Tejedor took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for 龙挺卫. Vejbystrand's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 龙挺卫 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Murillo's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Vejbystrand made a substitution. Joachim Anselius replaced Harald Ennegren. 28 minutes into the game, Peru's Julian Murillo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 龙挺卫 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Sílvio Luís Faria's late challenge caught a Peru's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sílvio Luís Faria helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Vejbystrand getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Sílvio Luís Faria hit a great ball. 龙挺卫 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 36th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Julian Murillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but 龙挺卫 was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 42nd minute of play forced Vejbystrand's goalkeeper 龙挺卫 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joachim Anselius in the 45th minute of play. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joachim Anselius in the 46th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Murillo to make the kick off. David Rosendahl got a throw-in 50 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Lars Bergqvist. If Milagros Fraga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vejbystrand made a substitution. Sonny Karlberg replaced Bengt-Rune Groth. In the 66th minute Luz Tejedor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 龙挺卫 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vejbystrand's Sílvio Luís Faria managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Milagros Fraga in the 69 minute of the game. 70 minutes into the game, Bernt Nordlund recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rolando Noboa. Bernt Nordlund showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. Peru's attentive Eliseo Mina managed to snatch the ball when David Rosendahl made a throw-in in the 74th minute of the game. 76 minutes into the match, Vejbystrand's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but 龙挺卫 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernt Nordlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Vejbystrand's goal looked a bit too open when Luz Tejedor came free, but 龙挺卫 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peru's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
