Finlay Stair received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Martín Vega tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Martín Vega showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Finlay Stair in the 11th minute of the match. Martín Vega made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Finlay Stair in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th minute Finlay Stair shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martín Vega saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Jamaica's goal looked a bit too open when Eurico Mello came free, but Demonde Jacobson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jamaall Padmore hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. James Cano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Demonde Jacobson. Jamaica's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Jamaica's goal looked a bit too open when Eurico Mello came free, but Demonde Jacobson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jamaica's Karlus Waugh got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Martín Vega made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karlus Waugh in the 26th minute of play. Kang Zhen Song's late challenge caught a Jamaica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kang Zhen Song helped the player get up and apologised. Kang Zhen Song hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Jamaica's Finlay Stair couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 28th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Buelna. A collision led to Buelna getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Carlitos De Silva hit a great ball. Jarell Hill took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Martín Vega. Martín Vega dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Bell Stringer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Buelna's supporters rose to their feet, but Bell Stringer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Demonde Jacobson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 36th minute of the match, Eurico Mello tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Demonde Jacobson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 37th match minute, Jamaica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kordal Duff to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Buelna booed when Jamaica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jamaall Padmore didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 40 minutes into the game, when Jamaall Padmore put in a rough tackle. Jamaall Padmore kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Kordal Duff struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Martín Vega didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jamaica. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eurico Mello was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iosu Casanova during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Demonde Jacobson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bell Stringer went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Leron Sale hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Karlus Waugh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martín Vega having to interfere. If Jarell Hill had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 80 minutes into the match, Jamaica's goal looked a bit too open when Bell Stringer came free, but Demonde Jacobson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute, Bell Stringer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Buelna fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After a rather tough play, Buelna's Eurico Mello got a free kick in the 86th minute. Pelayo Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Jamaica were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
