The supporters of Buelna booed when Jamaica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kordal Duff didn't get a good kick on the ball. James Cano was slow to take the kick. During this time Buelna's players had a chance to rest. James Cano made a great header on Buelna's corner, it was just that Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson managed to reach the ball for a save. Karlus Waugh scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Martín Vega, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 14th minute, Karlus Waugh got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Karlus Waugh recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Demonde Jacobson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eurico Mello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 41 minutes, Romon Oliver mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jamaica and the Buelna players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Leron Sale came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Jamaica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leron Sale couldn't finish the play. After the first half Jamaica were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Jarell Hill got free with Martín Vega in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Elisardo Camaño hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. 57 minutes into the match, Jamaica's Finlay Stair broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Martín Vega made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Jarell Hill sent off a good shot on target. Leron Sale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 72 minutes into the game, Carlitos De Silva was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Buelna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jamaica the free kick. Carlitos De Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Finlay Stair got free with Martín Vega in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 82nd minute, Finlay Stair got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Demonde Jacobson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bell Stringer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Finlay Stair fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martín Vega having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Bell Stringer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Buelna's supporters rose to their feet, but Bell Stringer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Demonde Jacobson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Buelna getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Iosu Casanova hit a great ball. After 95 minutes, Jarell Hill mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jamaica and the Buelna players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 95 played minutes Jamaica got a freekick which was hit by Jarell Hill. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eurico Mello in the 97th minute of play forced Jamaica's goalkeeper Demonde Jacobson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Jamaica players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Buelna from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
