Daniel Zorita who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 51stth minute tested the skills of Edgar Bjursell when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a little luck, Zlatan sucks's Edgar Bjursell got control of the ball when Agustín Saelices tried to sneak it across the goal line. Supreme Nue received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Supreme Nue stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Supreme Nue tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 69th play minutes Supreme Nue shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Julio Vera and just under the crossbar into goal. Petter Hansson hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After 75 played minutes Zlatan sucks got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Ove Holmgren. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Supreme Nue in the 80th minute of play.
