Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Zorita got the match started through his kick off. Foeke Wisgerhof was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 13 minutes into the match, Felix Montenegro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Foeke Wisgerhof. Dukaton f.c.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felix Montenegro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 16 minutes into the match, Dukaton f.c.'s goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Foeke Wisgerhof reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 17 played minutes Dukaton f.c. got a freekick which was hit by Svetlozar Chukovski. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 18th minute of play forced Dukaton f.c.'s goalkeeper Foeke Wisgerhof to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Steve Hilhorst in the 19th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Dukaton f.c.'s goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Foeke Wisgerhof reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Foeke Wisgerhof tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 33 minutes, Daniel Zorita made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Dukaton f.c.'s Foeke Wisgerhof tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 40th minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Foeke Wisgerhof saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Foeke Wisgerhof showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 42nd minute of the match. After 45 minutes, Ciriaco Cordera mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dukaton f.c. and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 44th minute of the game. One of Dukaton f.c.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ecuador:s goal. In the 46th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Foeke Wisgerhof was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Foeke Wisgerhof came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Luis Andino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Foeke Wisgerhof made a huge save. Foeke Wisgerhof took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Foeke Wisgerhof made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 66 minutes, Agustín Saelices managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agustín Saelices was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 70th minute Lukas Blaauwgeers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Cristian Sancho kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Foeke Wisgerhof. That made the score 2-7 in the 92 minute of play. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
